1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Noova Pro streaming service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Service Description
Noova Pro provides access to live television channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, and related streaming features via internet protocol (IPTV) technology. The Service is delivered over the internet and requires a stable broadband connection for optimal performance.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to Noova Pro. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions are offered on a prepaid basis (3, 6, or 12 months) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change. Payment is required before service activation. We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods as displayed at checkout.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date by contacting our support team. Lifetime plans are refundable within 7 days of first activation. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Account & Credentials
Your subscription credentials (username, password, server URL) are for your personal use only. Sharing credentials outside your authorized device limit is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be misused. Keep your credentials confidential — we will never ask for your password.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not: redistribute or resell your subscription credentials without a reseller agreement; use the Service to stream content in a public venue without appropriate licensing; attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security or access controls; use automated systems to access the Service in ways that violate these Terms.
8. Content & Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Channel availability may vary by region and is subject to licensing agreements. We reserve the right to modify the channel lineup without prior notice. Noova Pro does not own or produce any of the content provided through the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noova Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription during the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
